We, at Malnad Alloy Castings Private Limited, Shimoga, have gained a vast knowledge in the flow of metal in the molds with the help of Magma Simulation which has put us ahead of our competitors in terms of development of samples.
We also manufacture casting in investment/lost wax process, smallest of the size being 150 gm to biggest component weighing 40 kg; in sand casting smallest of 20 kg to biggest of 2400 kg. We also add value to our supplies with proof machining/full machining as per customer drawing along with surface treatment like, phosphating, galvanizing, electropolishing and powder coating. We export more than 25% of our production to 12 countries and we continue to add our footprint across the globe.
