Cancellation Policy

All payments made to IVAMA are considered once the final transaction is successfully processed.

If a member, participant, applicant, sponsor, or any other user chooses to cancel after making the payment, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation of a registration, membership, participation, program, event booking, sponsorship, or any other paid service does not make the payer eligible for a refund.

Users are therefore requested to carefully verify all details before completing the payment.
