Flovel has been one of the biggest manufacturers of Specialized Check Valves like, Dual Plate Check Valve, Non Slam Nozzle Check Valve since 1984 with product range from 2” to 104” in Class 150 to Class 2500 and some of them are up to 30000 psi.
Flovel is having in house facility as follows.
1) Fully Equipped Production Shop Floor
2) High Pressure Testing Benches
3) Low Temp (-45 °C) and Cryogenic Temp Setup (-196 °C)
4) High Temp Gas Testing – up to 450 °C
5) Helium Leak Test – Mass Spectrometer
6) Tensile / Bend / Impact / Hardness Testing Machines
7) MPT / DPT, and Ultrasonic Examination
8) Spectrometer and Positive Metal Identification (PMI)
We are Engineering Export Promotion Council (GOI) member with exports to USA, UK, Italy, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Russia, Nigeria, Indonesia, Australia, Malysia, etc. Flovel is approved by PDO – Oman, Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum, ADNOC Offshore, ADMA, ADGAS, ADWEA, ADNOC Onshore, SBM Offshore, EIL, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, MRPL, ONGC, BCPL, PETRONAS, ONGC, CAIRN Energy, Essar Oil, Reliance, BG Exploration, Jacobs, Shell and many more globally.
